Galvanised angled ridges are used on Apex design roofs where two sheets meet at the peak.
Made from tough galvanised steel, they are easy to work with but also extremely robust, offering an incredible lifespan (typically 15 to 25 years to first maintenance).
Please Note: Whilst supplied folded to a 90-degree internal angle, these ridges have been designed to be able to flex 10-15 degrees either way, depending on your roof’s angle.
They are a vital component of all profiled roof construction projects, not only because of the weather-proofing properties but also adding of the appearance of the roof.
When it comes to fitting the ridge flashings, please remember to allow a minimum 100mm overlap from one ridge to the next.
